Computer use is in public preview in Copilot CLI and the Copilot app on macOS and Windows, and asks before controlling an app.

Why it matters. It can automate GUI-only and legacy tools that have no API or MCP server. Turn it on with /computer on.

Anthropic deprecated claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929 on September 30 and recommends moving to Claude Sonnet 5.5.
